ごあいさつ

中国人女性オーナーシェフ「孫麗」が小樽の方に気軽に本格中国料理の味を味わっていただきたいと、オープンしたお店です。テイクアウトがメインですが、店内で飲食することもできます。
This restaurant was opened by the Chinese female owner chef, Sun Li, who wanted people from Otaru to casually enjoy the taste of authentic Chinese cuisine. Mainly takeout, but you can also eat and drink in the store.

お店に並ぶ餃子や中華まんなどの点心は、すべて皮から餡まで手作り。使用している食材の小麦粉や肉類は北海道産。季節によって変更もありますが野菜類も北海道産に拘って使用しています。焼き餃子や中華まんなど、なじみの点心から焼冷麺や葱花巻、タンエンといった、日本人には耳慣れないものまで20種類ほどのメニューがあります。

The dumplings, Chinese steamed buns, and other dim sum items in the store are all handmade, from the skin to the filling. The flour and meat used in the ingredients are from Hokkaido. Although there are changes depending on the season, we also use vegetables from Hokkaido. There are about 20 kinds of menus, from familiar dim sum such as fried dumplings and Chinese steamed buns to unfamiliar dishes for Japanese people such as baked cold noodles, green onion rolls, and tanen.
